Sippin' on Spinach?

I've been reading a lot about what you should eat. Healthy eating vs. eating clean and well, as simple as eating clean and healthy may seem it's a lot of work. Recipes and preparing and well learning. Then the other day I saw a T.V. Show where they were putting spinach in a smoothie and I was like, No! But I decided to make my own and I love it! There are lower calorie smoothies out there but the one I'm sharing today keeps me fuller longer, probably the yogurt (ask a real dietician) and is easy to drink! 

12 oz serving.

<- Recipe makes 2 of these.
1 c 100% apple juice
1/2 c ice cubes
1 c fresh blueberries
1/2 c raw spinach leaves
1 c Kroger Carbmaster vanilla yogurt
1 strawberry for garnish (and duh! To eat)
Blend. I reduced my servings to 8 oz and have 2 to save.
